    "content": "There is the thematic area of transportation to particularly improve mobility of police officers through the Motor Vehicle Leasing Programme to which Ksh10 billion has been allocated. I would like Members to note that the Committee has established that the amount has been removed from the State Department of Interior and Coordination of National Government to the National Treasury. The Committee supports this policy as a measure to improve service delivery. Any such policy is supported."
