I thank the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources for creating time to interrogate this 2021/2022 Budget Estimates. At the same time, allow me to thank the Departmental Committee on Budget and Appropriations, headed by Hon. Kanini Kega and the entire team, for giving us an audience so that we can prosecute the various sector budgets through the Committee.
