    "content": "Capital markets play a critical role of channeling national savings and foreign capital inflows into the productive sectors. In order to enhance inclusivity and access to the investment opportunities in the capital markets, I propose to amend the Central Depositories Act to allow for opening of omnibus investment accounts by persons investing on behalf of others in the securities market. This will allow investments by individuals, as well as collective investment by groups."
