    "content": "As we increase population in some of these areas, we will recognise their potential. For a long time, some areas, especially in the pastoralists region which is 80 per cent of the landmass in Kenya, have been neglected in terms of resources because they are sparsely populated. This has come with a cost to this country. For a long time, since the creation of this planet, we have had oil in Turkana, but because it was considered a remote area, we were unable to get its benefit."
