    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to also add my voice to this very important Bill. The County Allocation of Revenue Bill, 2020, by the Senate which gives a total allocation of Kshs370 billion as an equitable share to county governments is a Bill that I will support with a very heavy heart because I may not have an opportunity to amend it. Therefore, the best I can do is to support and give my contribution and say what I feel should have been done in the interest of the people of Isiolo. The horizontal distribution of equitable share among 47 counties has been and will always remain a very controversial discussion. As was said by the Mover, the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, I do not want to go into the pros and the cons of it."
