    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to take this opportunity also to support the County Allocation of Revenue Bill and also to thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee for the good work that they have been doing, with various Select Committees within very strict timelines. This Bill is going to provide equitable share of revenue to our counties. I take note that it has allocated a good chunk of it to my county of Kitui. I have just confirmed that it is Kshs10.3 billion out of the Kshs370 billion. This is an increment and I believe that it is in the right direction.
