I beg to move: THAT, the proposed allocation under the programme in respect of recurrent estimates of Kshs1,651,515,594 be deleted and substituted thereof with Kshs33,215,594. This was an amount that was going to relief supplies. It has been established that those relief supplies are catered for elsewhere. Hon. Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the proposed allocation under the Programme in respect of development estimates of Kshs705 million be deleted and substituted thereof with Kshs105 million; THAT, the proposed allocation under the Programme in respect of the gross total of Kshs2,356,515,994 be deleted and substituted thereof with a figure of Kshs138,215,594. The reason is what I had earlier said."
