He is aware of Kshs320 million that we were supposed to give to the Lake Basin Development Authority in the first Supplementary Budget when he was still the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We agreed that we would do it in the main budget. Unfortunately, there was not enough funding. The Kshs100 million was sourced from the Defence Programme and it will be taken to the Lake Basin Development Authority. We hope that Kshs220 million will be allocated in the first Supplementary Budget. The Lake Basin Development Authority must be funded. I thought you would oppose it. If you did, I would have problems with you."
