Temporary Deputy Chairman, I just wanted to explain to the Members that this was some additional money that was done by the Budget and Appropriations Committee on two additional KMTCs. They were not part of our budget and so there was no funding. It has not interfered with our initial proposals. That was just additional. That is not the one for public participation. For the Members who are concerned, it is not part of what was proposed within the Committee. It was outside the Committee’s budget and since the National Treasury said they do not have more money to fund, that is why it was dropped."
