If we are going to set a stage where we can now look at maximum and minimum, in terms of property ownership, I am afraid that this House is very soon also going to determine the number of cows or camels that one can own. So, without using many words, I want to support the amendment as proposed, so that this House can have a chance to legislate on how the issue of land ownership is going to be handled."
