(ii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure that secondary schools in Vihiga County, which have continually received less capitation funds in relation to the total students’ enrolment receive the said funds? (iii) What is the status of letters on capitation underfunding forwarded to the Ministry by various schools in Vihiga County and when will the Ministry reconcile its records and remit all funds not remitted to the affected schools?
