    "content": "The Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare can summon the KPA before it. It does not matter whether it is the KPA. The substance is the labour issues. It is not about the institution. We can even have labour issues with the Ministry of Transport. It will not be the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing that deals with that. The relevant committee to deal with this issue is the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I can see the Chairman enjoys it when you misdirect your issues to Hon. Pkosing.
