"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have put in a new Article 79 regarding Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission. I decided to bring this amendment because the lack of development in this country is purely premised on the high level of corruption in this country. It is unfortunate that as we went through drafting this Constitution, we seem to have relegated corruption to the back banner. So, in other words, we are enacting a new Constitution and laying firm ground for the perpetuation of corruption in the next dispensation."
