    "content": "The other thing that is extremely important and worrying is that the revenue that county governments collect is rarely accounted for. The revenue that they were collecting years earlier before they were getting money from the national Government is higher than what they collect currently. These funds are not declared in full. This is an area that has a lot of disparities. More funds should be collected because we have more staff. They should streamline these areas. They can even use Information, Communication, Technology (ICT) solutions to ensure that this is done."
