    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me an opportunity to add my voice to the County Allocation of Revenue Bill (Senate Bill No.30 of 2021). I support this Bill because it is going to make sure that there will be revenue in our counties and, therefore, smooth running of businesses. As many Members have spoken here, there are challenges. We have seen people suffer. The majority of the sufferers are people who have been doing business with the county governments. They are suffering because of pending bills.
