    "content": "because one finger might be pointing at county governments and four fingers pointing at us. That should really be done both to the national Government and county governments. I thank the Committee and the Senate. As we ensure that resources are allocated, we also want to request or ask the Senate that they push more for what we are asking for here. When we have money allocated, let us see projects and understand the manner in which pending bills are addressed. We can more or less use the same template.
