    "content": "The counties must increase their audit of their projects. They have started several projects in various places in the county which they cannot account for. I have witnessed in one or two institutions that I went to, where some ECD classrooms are said to have been started by a county government. The county government is saying that they do not know where the projects are and they have never even seen them. They need to take audit of the projects they have, the ones they have completed and those that are ongoing. With those few remarks, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support."
