    "content": "The issue of pending bills has been discussed. I do not want to over-emphasise, but I remember that even as at today, there are pending bills which were incurred during the previous parliamentary term, from 2013 to 2017, and they still have not been paid. You wonder what is happening. Some people’s properties have been auctioned because of bank loans. It is pathetic. Those are things that need to be looked into, so that, at least, they can put those people back on track. Since I can see that there are few more interests in this matter, let me rest my case. I support the Bill."
