Of course, I just want to appreciate, before I give the last Member to comment on this, that you have heard the Petition states that this requirement is discriminatory. I do not know if in this case it says the Constitution has created discrimination in requiring the President, governors and County Executive Committee Members (CECs) to have university degrees. If this is discriminatory, it means we must go back to the Constitution and overhaul it to say we need farmers. Let us have Hon. Olago Aluoch.
