Under Article 117 of the Constitution, I enjoy privilege, powers and freedom of expression of thoughts to represent not only the people of Garissa Township Constituency, but also the great people of Kenya. This answer is unsatisfactory. Questions 4 and 5 were not answered deliberately because some people want to hide certain faces. Hon.
