On behalf of my family, the great people of Igembe Central and on my own behalf, I pass my condolences to the family of Jakoyo Midiwo who happened to be my colleague in the last Parliament. He was an astute debater. He had a lot of interpersonal capacities. He was one of the few Members of Parliament who would really challenge Hon. Duale in this House. He was very sincere in his debate. Also, when he meant to oppose something, he opposed it with a lot of reason and caution. If he had to appreciate anything, he did so in the same measure. May his soul rest in eternal peace."
