    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As I eulogise the Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo, I want to say that he had not just charisma, but hindsight. Hon. Jakoyo Otada was times four solid, bold and courageous. Kenya needs not just politicians, but leaders right now. The late Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo was a clear example. As we listen not only to what is being said here, but to what has been said before, Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo spoke the truth, spoke for Kenyans, and spoke boldly right from the referendum, through to the Constitution, even on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI). May his soul rest in peace."
