I take this opportunity on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Nyaribari Chache, which I represent, to share my condolences with the rest of Kenyans for losing such a great leader. A couple of months before, the late Hon. Jakoyo Midiwo trained us in Malindi where he told me he had just cleared his Masters in Diplomacy. He gave us a very good training in matters diplomacy. Little did I know that he was going to pass on in such a short time. We will remember him as one of the peacemakers, a man who stood for the common good of the country, just like you Hon. Speaker. He meant well for the country and he never cared where you came from. May his soul rest in peace."
