    "content": "As a Committee, we also made an observation that there are other many small projects that are run by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) starting with Linda Mama, insurance for high school students and for the elderly. If all this money is brought together, and that is part of our recommendation as a Committee, we will be able to cover four million households and that means more than 20 million Kenyans and make UHC a reality. We have tasked the ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Services to come together and collapse the small insurances out there to one that can cover and be beneficial to Kenyans. We do not need to add more money."
