    "content": "In the budget-making process we requested the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee and more so the Parliamentary Budget Office (PBO) to second very senior fiscal analysts to our Committees. I am saying this because a fiscal analyst is a staff of the department and has a know-how of the budget- making process. Sometimes the recommendations or decisions the Committee makes are not properly informed. So, we need the PBO to give us qualified fiscal analysts to advise the Committees on various aspects. So, as we make decisions, they will advise on the consequences or pros and cons of the decisions made so that the Committee is properly informed on recommendations supposed to be made."
