THAT, the proposed allocation under the Programme in respect of the Gross Total of Kshs2,550,000,000 be deleted and substituted thereof with the figure of Kshs2,749,000000. Hon. Chairman, just like the other case, these were monies that were moved from the Ministry to agencies but now the money has been reinstated."
