    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to second this Motion and thank the Members for their dedication. This is a very difficult exercise because it is dealing with numbers. I specifically want to take this opportunity to say a special thank you to the Speakers and Chairpersons who were here. I know it is especially difficult for lawyers to comprehend all these numbers. Yesterday by the time the Deputy Speaker was going home, you could see him scratching his head. He told me that the whole night he dreamt about numbers going round. Thank you very much for taking us through this; and Members for being here this afternoon. I appreciate. Finally, I thank the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning for disrupting your meeting to join us. You cannot have a budget unless you have finance. I want to thank everyone who has been here and I am sure at some appropriate point tutajua ."
