    "content": "I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Members, especially the Budget and Appropriations Committee, for working round the clock to make sure that we do not stand in the way of disbursing funds to the people. With this Appropriation Bill, we know that from 1st July, Kenyans will get services. We already have the legal tools to make sure that monies will be disbursed. I request the Leader of the Majority Party to second."
