    "content": "Another important provision is in Clause 40 of the Bill. There is an amendment that introduces a new section immediately after Section 108A, which says that where any matter under a tax law is in issue in any ongoing criminal case and is also directly or substantially in issue in any pending civil case, that fact shall not be a ground for any stay, prohibition or delay of either the criminal or civil case. This provision is also as important as the one contained in the Capital Markets Tribunal, which sets a time limit. This is a clause that ensures that justice is not delayed. Justice delayed is justice denied. If there is any pending matter, you cannot go to a court and obtain prohibition or injunction or stay the proceedings. With those few remarks, Hon.
