    "content": "On the issue of motorcycles, which gives unemployed youth a livelihood, the Committee disagreed with adding 15 per cent. By doing so, it would enable more youth who are unemployed to get income from the business of boda boda . It will help them get motorcycles at the same rate as before. I support the Bill with amendments as proposed by the Committee."
