    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other proposal which I found to be good is the one that ensures the National Assembly has a role in approving tax regulation. Before, we were told that it would be just the Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) doing that: doing the gazettement without the input of the Members of Parliament. We are representatives of the people in the entire 47 counties and we need to have a role on that. So, I really appreciate that issue."
