    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other issue is about the Retirement Benefit Act which talks about Post-Retirement Medical Fund. Right now, we have too many people who have retired. There are Kenyans who are really suffering from cancer and other acute diseases and yet they do not know what to do because there is no fund which can be used to cater for their medical expenses. I propose and endorse what they have said that there is going to be a scheme in the name of Post- Retirement Medical Fund."
