    "content": "First of all, I take this chance to congratulate the Committee which is headed by Hon. Gladys Wanga and Vice-Chair, Hon. Waihenya Ndirangu. I am very glad because they have brought in many things which will help mwananchi without raising VAT. Bread will be zero-rated. I have seen their tax rebates for NHIF. People who will be paying at least Ksh5,000 will get tax rebates of up to 15 per cent. I congratulate them very much."
