    "content": "We should reflect that along the theme of the Budget which was: Building back better: A strategy for resilient and sustainable economic recovery and inclusive growth. I want us to reflect on this. When you say that you want to build back better, it means that obviously you are building badly. The amendment that the Committee proposed tries to not only reorient the National Treasury back to not business as usual but also to look at the environment in which we operate and see what we can do to help the local industry grow, protect it from consumerism and balance the two. The work of the Committee reflects the overall Budget theme of building back better which is basically doing things in a better way than before."
