    "content": "This is a very straightforward matter and is in line with our traditions and customs in the House that we do not have to wait for seven days to go through something we have already agreed on just the other day. Hence to unlock the process, I urge the House that we reduce the publication period. Perhaps in future, we might have to reduce legally the publication period to a day. It is so straightforward. In the debate, we passed the Schedule that has been translated to this Appropriation Bill and the rest is for Members to internalise and see if there is anything we need to discuss within the next couple of minutes."
