Members, as you deal with this, the suggestion made by the Leader of the Majority Party should be one of the issues the Procedures and House Rules Committee should also take into account given the very strict timelines when it comes to the Budget Estimates. The Budget Estimates highlights were given quite early this month. Nevertheless, you can see we still have a challenge of allowing the Bill to run for an entire seven days given that you still need appropriations. It looks like not everybody in the country appreciates what the Appropriation Bill does, Hon. John Mbadi. You hear some people saying that the Speakers of the two Houses go and regularise the Appropriation Bills of 2018 and that of 2019, and the people making those orders are beneficiaries of what the two Acts did. It is very interesting. Let us proceed to the next Order."
