(a) Could the Minister tell the House the circumstances under which Administration Police officers based at Wamba stabbed to death one Nakini Lemoyog and fatally wounded Lmaino Lekoloi at Kirish area of Uaso Division along Archerâs Post-Merile Road on 24th March, 2010? (b) What prompted the officers to force the two herds boys to take a poisonous chemical and what chemical was it? (c) What disciplinary action has the Minister taken against the concerned officers and when will the two sheep confiscated by the officers from the boys be returned to the owners?"
