    "content": "I think that was the Resolution of the House on 8th June that Thursday afternoons will be reserved for Private Members Bills. Indeed, in full recognition of that Resolution, should the House finish consideration of the business appearing as Order No.13, in the next 30 minutes… If you look at the Order Paper, Order Nos. 14, 15, 16 and 17 are all private Members Bills. In full recognition of that Resolution, that is why it is put like that. I can see an intervention from the Member for Tharaka-Nithi, Hon. Beatrice Nkatha."
