    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I beg to reply. On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Health because this is a Committee Bill… The Chairperson is away on training. I know that the Deputy Chairman was here yesterday and I met him earlier. He probably is still stuck in the traffic or watching the rally. The essence of the discussion yesterday was very supportive of the blood transfusion service, the creation of the service and creating as a stand-alone unit. I believe that the comments that the Members made will be incorporated. More specifically, in that the Ministry of Health has made some very fundamental recommendations which are captured in the Report of the Committee, but which had not been carried forward into the recommended amendments at the Committee of the whole House stage.
