The other thing we are adding is that stakeholders had a problem with the word “in the opinion of the Commissioner”. So, we have said, “upon assessment the Commissioner deems that influence in price or other conditions of supply of the other person”. For part ‘(a)’ it relates to supply and ‘(b)’relates to purchase.
