    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.49, this House rescinds its decision made on 31st March, 2010, afternoon sitting on the extension of the sitting of the House from 6.30 p.m. to 11.50 p.m. on Thursday, 1st April, 2010 and resolve that the sitting time of the House be extended until the business as set out in the Order Paper is concluded. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I know there are hon. Members who were opposed to this yesterday. However, the truth is that we are cornered. We have run out of time. We could not possibly finish the amendments we have by 6.30 p.m. this evening. So, we are just pleading with hon. Members that the time line set out in the review process was passed by this Parliament. So, I think those are our own rules and I beseech hon. Members that in order for it to be neat for us to exit out of this process, we need to see this process up to its conclusion. I beg to move and ask Mr. Thuo to second."
