    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support what the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning has said. It is important for this country to recognise the importance of distribution of investment in the country. Therefore, the last amendment is important and I support that the threshold should be moved from ten billion to two billion to allow more investors to benefit from this."
