    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 11 – Amendment 11C. The First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended − of the First Schedule to (a) in paragraph 36 by inserting the following new paragraph immediately Cap.470. after paragraph (h)- (g) property, including investment shares, which is transferred or sold for the purpose of transferring the title or the proceeds into a registered family trust. (b) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph 56- 57. The income or principal sum of a registered family trust. 58. Any capital gains relating to the transfer of title of immovable property to a family trust."
