    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 12 – Amendment 12A. The Third Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended in— of the Third Schedule to (a) paragraph 3 by inserting the following new subparagraph Cap.470. immediately after sub-paragraph (p)— (q) transportation of goods, other than by air or sea, twenty per cent of the gross amount payable; (b) paragraph 5 by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after sub-paragraph (ja)- (jb) in respect to the disbursement of deemed income to beneficiaries under section 11 (3) (c) the rate of twenty five per cent."
