    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion. We passed the Constitution of Kenya Review Act, 2008. We gave ourselves a deadline. That deadline is today. We must lead the nation in showing that we can respect the rule of law. By law, we have to dispose of the Motion. It is necessary that we extend our sitting time to give enough time, so that even if we will have to guillotine, there can be time to dispose of the matter at hand. I would urge hon. Members to agree to this Motion, so that we can do our statutory duty. I beg to support."
