Let me support the Committee through the Chairperson, for considering the mwananchi, especially during this time of COVID-19. People have suffered. If all hope is lost, if business is lost, if people have no money, if people are suffering, then this is the right time for Parliament to consider what is happening in our constituencies because we come face to face with everyone. So, if hope is lost, there should be food on the table. This is what Parliament is doing. So, Parliament cares. I thank you."
