    "content": "I want to speak on this particular matter because there are products that are marketed as substitutes to smoking. It is good for those who smoke to encourage them to stop. However, we must also be very careful on the products we promote. I engaged with the Chair and she had an opportunity that I did not have to engage with some of the producers or manufacturers of some of these products, especially a product called Lyft. I see a lot of social media engagements on it. People say that it was banned in this country. It is a nicotine product that is marketed as a substitute to actual smoking which is a good thing. The inhalation of tobacco causes cancer and other diseases."
