    "content": "We will remove Excise Duty on locally produced confectionery and heighten what we tax or levy imported confectionery because the local manufacturers employ thousands of Kenyans. It is also true that the boda boda industry takes care of so many of our young people. I am happy because the Chair of the Committee is a Member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). This clearly indicates that the party that cares about the people in this country is not the one that is out on the streets with rhetoric.
