The Second Schedule to the Excise Duty Act is amended- Second Schedule to No. (a) in Part I by inserting the following new paragraph immediately 23of 2015. after paragraph 12− 13. Illuminating kerosene supplies to licenced or registered manufacturers of paint, resin or shoe polish in such quantities as the Commissioner may approve. (b) in Part II in Item 1 by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph 2− 3. Excisable services supplied in Kenya by a mobile telecommunication service provider on the sale of a ring back tune to a subscriber."
