    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately before Clause 43 under Part VI- Amendment of 42A. The Miscellaneous Fees and Levies Act, 2016 is amended section 8A of No. 29 of 2016 in section 8A by deleting subsection (4) and substituting therefor the following new subsection- (4) The levy shall not apply to a licenced or registered manufacturer of paint, resin or shoe polish. This is consequential to the earlier amendment that we made on supporting manufacturers of resin and shoe polish."
